It's a BOLD NEW Website Frontier for BONE FRONTIER

Hot is the one word that best describes CYMAX MEDIA's newest website for www.bonefrontier.com. Hot would also be the perfect word to describe Bone Frontier, a world leading industrial firm that routinely heats hundreds of metal parts to temperatures in excess of 2000 degrees.

After years of having the same website Bone Frontier recognized that it was time to hire an expert web design that was also marketing savy. CYMAX MEDIA, a creative web development and marketing firm based in Colorado was brought in to handle this important job.

"Their site needed to convey a sense of heat and high technology and their old site which they built themselves didn't convey this effectively. " said Daniel Clawson, president of CYMAX MEDIA. "Bone Frontier builds and designs sophisticated industrial equipment that can heat hundreds of metal metal parts to extreme temperatures while simultaneously suspending it in air or water, rotating and tilting it using electricity and magnetism. That's amazing that they can do that. So the website design to reflect some of that heat...some of that high tech. So their new website has a design with hot colors like reds and orange. Plus, I built a very dynamic and interactive flash navigation interface combined with an animated corporate logo which shines and glows like something being heated. I'm almost excited about their website as they are because I think it captures the spirit of their company and gives them a much more competitive look and feel to market their growing business."

So what is induction heating? In brief, induction heating is a non-contact method of heating electrically conducting materials (typically metal) using electricity that produces a powerful magnetic field that heats the heck out of the metal placed into it's field. Induction heating has been traditionally used to heat metal parts in applications such as soldering, brazing, hardening and melting of metals. The power from modern induction heating systems is so controllable, that is may be used to create ceramic components used in microprocessors. Subjecting metal to extreme heat can do a lot of different things such as: forging of metals, melting and casting, surface coatings, "cap sealing" for food products, metal surface hardening, bonding metal parts and the manufacturing of semi-conductors.
